We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Every parish gets the same quality custom design and personal attention—no "premium" tier required. Your $500 setup fee covers the full website build, and your monthly subscription covers everything else.
What does the $500 one-time fee cover?
The setup fee includes your complete custom website design, development, content migration from your existing site, initial training for your team, and launch support. It's everything needed to get you up and running.
What's included in the monthly subscription?
Your $100/month includes website hosting, ongoing monitoring, security updates, content changes, and up to 2 hours of staff support each month. Essentially, we handle everything so you can focus on ministry.
What if I need more than 2 hours of support?
Additional work beyond your included monthly hours is billed at $50/hour—but only with your approval. We'll always let you know before any extra charges. Most parishes find 2 hours is plenty for regular updates.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes! You can pay $1,200 upfront for the full year instead of $100/month. The price is the same either way—it's simply a matter of which payment schedule works better for your parish budget.
What happens if we want to cancel?
You own your content. If you decide to move on, we'll help you transition smoothly. The subscription continues at $100/month unless amended in writing, and there are no long-term contracts locking you in.
